Our client is looking for a Business Development & Project Consultant Director to lead the Project Consultant Team, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. This role ensures smooth project coordination from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Project Consultant Team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee project coordination and ensure smooth handovers.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- More than 10 years of experience in business development, client management or project consulting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior design and construction.
