Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00 (Base in Silom, Factory in Chachoengsao)
Job Descriptions:
- Initiating NPD, marketing strategies, and plans (BTL/ATL), from proposing, executing to monitoring end-to-end process of the campaigns.
- Monitoring all campaign progress, evaluating result of marketing activities and marketing communications, and then reporting the concrete feedback for further improvement to the management.
- Developing approved communication and best utilizing selective media to ensure sales conversion in cooperation with advertising agency.
Manage, motivate and supervise team members, agency or outsource creative to develop to design for each marketing campaign.
- Understand the KPI for each media channels and be able to set the suitable KPI.
- Manage and update sales promotion.
- P&L management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or any related field
- Min. 10 years of working experiences (5 years in management level) in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field
- Proven experience in brand and marketing management for FMCG
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong inter-personal, management, negotiation skills
