Job Title:  FP&A Asst. Manager (80-100K)

Location: Amata Chonburi

Position Overview: Reporting to the Finance Director the FP&A Asst. Manager will play a key role in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of the company. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting:
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights that drive business decisions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and validate assumptions for financial models.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance against budgets and forecasts.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis of financial results.
  • Business Partnering & Decision Support:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
    • Evaluate ROI on capital expenditures and other investments.
    • Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function.
    • Implement best practices in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with senior management.
  • Good communication in English
