Assistant Commercial Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, review terms, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and service providers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and act as a point of contact for commercial inquiries and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business development. Provide insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting related to commercial activities. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess profitability and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations for potential clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, trade laws, and internal policies. Identify and mitigate commercial risks through proactive measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5 years of proven experience in commercial management and logistics
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and English language skill.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in commercial management.
