Duties & Responsibilities
- Control, supervise the litigation process, both Civil cases and criminal cases, compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution, judgement, until the process of investigation and execution.
- Prepare the criteria hiring outsourcing companies, regulations, set the collection fee, service fee, check of expenses according to service agreement.
- Control, supervise, recovery bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected, assignment to outsources companies).
- Consider recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies, preparing service agreement, preparing power of attorney.
- Check the recording of results reports of auction of confiscated repossessed cars, Debt Collected, Legal Action.
- Check the progress. Vehicles that seized by government department in criminal cases.
- Field work in case of visit and external inspecting the OA/OLA Office, various government departments, fact-checking in case of criminal cases, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.
- Summarize the monthly performance report.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in relate field or any field
- At least 10 years of experience in telecall operation as a supervisor above.
- Can solve problems and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills.
