Our partner company is a publicly traded company headquartered in Bangkok, specializing in international maritime transport. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer (Leader Level) to join their dynamic team.
Position: Application Support
Working Type: Mon - Fri (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the core logistics business application, becoming an expert in all system aspects.
- Provide support to business users, investigating and resolving application errors.
- Develop test cases for application testing when new builds or patches are applied.
- Conduct application testing for enhancements to existing modules and new modules.
- Collaborate with Business and Business Process Teams to identify and propose system changes, user improvements, enhancements, and developments. Liaise with in-house and vendor development teams and communicate with users.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by business users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in programming, particularly SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database.
- Extensive experience with query scripts and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including problem statement and decision-making.
- Ability to conduct thorough analysis to determine necessary actions and next steps.
