Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Ayutthaya
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and treasury, with a strong understanding of Thai tax regulations, international tax frameworks, and transfer pricing strategies. This role requires excellent English skills and the ability to develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations and international tax frameworks.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management and forecasting.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to management.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and treasury.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai tax regulations and international tax frameworks.
- Proven experience with transfer pricing strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with year-end audit preparation and budget/forecast activities.
- Excellent in Thai & English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
