Responsibilities
- Responsible to serving villa owners, villa owner guests, and villa rental guests with the highest quality of service.
- Maintain constant contact with all villa owners, making sure they are informed about activities at property as well as anything with their villas and staff.
- Communicates and collaborates with the Reservation staff on all rental reservations; gets ready for specific requests from returning guests, etc.
- Encourage the friendly, pleasant, and warm atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer, Senior Villa HK Supervisor, GSM, and Hotel Operations to guarantee the efficient implementation of the pre-arrival policy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in a luxury resort & villa.
- Excellent communication in Thai and English, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of premium service standards and the capacity to manage and organize various guest services in a villa environment.
- Skilled in problem solving, detail oriented, leadership.
