Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the seasoning food business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Job descriptions:
- Visiting to new customers, introducing products, and dealing with sales contract.
- Maintaining existing client and building up good customer’s relationship.
- Proposals to food processing, meat, seafood, and seasoning manufacturers.
- Preparing quotations and other necessary documents.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Reporting to supervisors and preparing daily and monthly reports.
