Salary Package: 200,000 – 300,000 THB
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Managing Director (MD) to lead our Machine Manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment, spare parts, installation, and after-sales service. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the company.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain for equipment and spare parts.
- Ensure high standards of installation and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive role within the machine manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in equipment, spare parts, installation, and after-sales service.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
