Our client is an international client who producing the Plastic Blow Mold injection (Packaging Container Products) Electronics Home Appliances Assembly looking for QA Assistant Manager – Manager experiences.
- Position : QA Assistant Manager – Manager
- Salary Range : 50K-70K (Depend on experiences)
- Location : Central
- Working hour : Depend on the company's calendar
- Business : Plastic Injection & Electronics Assembly
(Blow mold injection processes for Packaging Containers)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or any related.
- Excellent of quality of Electronics Home Appliances Assembly/ Blow mold injection, plastic Injection, plastic Mold.
- Good command of 4 skills in English
- Six Sigma Black Belt Cer, PPAP, APQP, 7Tools QC,
Responsibilities;
- Handle the quality assurance mold plastic injection process.
- In coming/ in process until out going manages.
- Coordinate with customers/ customer’s claim support and troubleshoot.
- Electronics (Home Appliances Assembly) monitored.
- Blow Mold injection process improvement and optimization of the project.
- Control capacity efficiency of injection molding machine.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Cer, Core Tools, Lean, KAIZEN, Test and trial new mold, PPAP, APQP control.
- Both suppliers and customers coordinate and troubleshoot all issues.
- New model product implement lead and support until mass product manufacture.
- Customer’s claim lead, both external & internal audits manage.
