Legal Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Position: Legal Staff (Corporate Governance)
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Automotive manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
Job Description
- Dealing with governance sections, maintain long term relationship, corporate governance.
- Support corporate governance.
- Support to legal team; review contract.
- Advice on wide range of legal issues and implement effective compliance.
- Legal research, legal consult.
- Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
- Coordinate with various departments in legal issue.
- Draft and review internal company rules and regulations.
- Other teak as assigned in legal tasks.
Qualification
- This position, salary range around 30,000 – 35,000 THB
- Welcoming Thai
- Experience to work in manufacturing will be advantage.
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
- Full spectrum in English work.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
- Able to travel to work around Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
- Company provides Bus transportation with variety of routes.
