The Infrastructure Project Manager is a key figure in the department, responsible for overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. Ensure successful implementation of initiatives covering hardware, software, network, and data center components.
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi.
Responsibility:
- Collaborating with stakeholders on project planning, defining objectives, scope, and deliverables, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Leading cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and ensuring effective project execution.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Managing vendor relations, procuring equipment and services, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses, preparing financial reports, and enforcing quality standards for infrastructure projects.
- Managing project schedules and milestones, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and addressing issues promptly.
- Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives, and documenting project details and lessons learned.
- Implementing quality control processes and conducting post-implementation reviews for project evaluation and improvement.
Qualification:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and data centers.
- Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide project teams effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and experience in developing risk mitigation strategies.
