Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support talent management efforts including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Drive organizational development initiatives such as change management and culture transformation.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business needs. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicate HR policies effectively.
- Develop organizational development strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead change management efforts and ensure effective communication throughout.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HRBP in dynamic environments. Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive change.
- Proficient in organizational development and analytics.
